This is another wonderful master-planned community, surrounded by greenbelts and hill country views, making this area one of Austin’s more desirable. This is a great location, in the Texas hill country. I like it here because it’s a little rural, but not really! Very community-oriented, not a big development (only about 320 homes) which gives it a more close-knit feel. Austin Community College is right down the road and add a few more minutes and you can sit outside at the famous Nutty Brown Cafe and have a burger, beer and good music. Now that’s Austin living!
